Technological scheme of tobacco production consists of the following stages and equipment: 1-Formation lots tobacco raw material; 2-Moisturizing (equipment for pre-wetting); 3-Garnetted (equipment for garnetted bales), Mixing (equipment mixing tobacco leaves) and Before moisturizing (equipment for secondary moistening); 4-Cutting (equipment for cutting tobacco leaves); 5-Drying (equipment drying shredded tobacco (heat treatment); 6-Weighing and sieving machine; 7-Feeding (supplying) station, 8-Papiros-cigarette units (production line) (sleeve machine, papiros-cigarette stuffing machine); 9 – Packaging (cigarette pack-laying apparatus, machine for the label of excise stamps); 10-Finished goods.
